Excursion trip to Port Qasim
On March 19th 2018 Cork’s Secondary school grade 10 students went on a educational trip to the largest edible oil refinery in Pakistan at port Qassim – a project of FWO group.
Students were shown the process starting from the jetty where ships comes from overseas bringing raw oil, to sending it to the reservoirs and then taken to the refinery and shipped out to different oil factories. This once in a life time trip has given information and boost the confidence and morals of students.
Chairman, Mr. Haroon Khan himself accompanied just to encourage students. Mr. Rasheed Jaan Mohamned joined the students for lunch organized by his organization. FWO group is a very strong supporter of Zafar Sultan Memorial Trust schools.

Admission Exam Jan 18′
Admission exam was held in Farabi primary school and Corks secondary school for grade KG and grade 6 on Jan 15th 2018. 453 applicants gave the exam for 66 seats in KG.
While a there is a common local practice of unfair school admissions based on ‘who you know’, ZSM trust has made sure they are perfectly fair and the procedure is clear and transparent for all needy and deserving children.
